Turnaround Times & Aftercare
Estimated Timelines
Quality craftsmanship requires patience. Most upholstery projects typically take between 4 to 8 weeks following the arrival of your selected fabric. For custom soft furnishings, such as Roman blinds or cushions, we usually aim for a 3 to 5-week turnaround. We will always provide a specific lead time during your initial consultation based on our current workshop schedule.
Aftercare Advice
To ensure your bespoke pieces stand the test of time, we recommend regular plumping of natural-fill cushions and avoiding direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent fabric fading. For traditional handstitched upholstery, gentle vacuuming with a soft brush attachment will keep the materials fresh. Upon completion, we provide a tailored care guide specific to your choice of fabric and finish.
